Who processes the data

The NanoLLM benchmark service at nano.llmto.day. The operator, the jurisdiction and a contact will be named here before the public launch. [to be filled in by the owner]

What we receive

Only what you saw and agreed to send after a run: preset metrics, the NanoLLM and llama.cpp versions, the model id and hashes, the day of the run (no time), and a hardware profile — CPU, memory size and speed, GPUs, computer maker and model, form factor, OS (kernel major.minor only, driver major only), power source and profile, disk type. Also the consent text's version and the installation's public key with a signature.

We do not receive host or user names, serial numbers, UUIDs, MAC addresses, or prompts and model answers (only a hash of the answer to the built-in reference prompt).

IP address

The IP address is not stored and not logged, by the service or by the reverse proxy. Against abuse, the service keeps in memory a count of submissions per hash of the address with a salt drawn at random each day and never saved; a restart or a new day forgets the counts.

The installation key

NanoLLM signs a submission with the installation's key. The signature proves ownership only: it lets you withdraw your submissions and lets repeats of one installation count once. The key is not published on the pages or in the export. In anonymous mode the key is single-use and the submission cannot be withdrawn.

Publication

Results are published on these pages and in the open export under CC-BY-4.0. A submission with a hand-entered computer model, and suspicious results, are published after moderation.

Withdrawal and retention

nanollm bench withdraw ID deletes a submission from the database and the pages at once. Backups are kept for no more than 30 days; after that a withdrawn submission is gone from them too. A restore from a backup re-applies every withdrawal. We cannot delete exports third parties have already downloaded.

Cookies

The only cookie is lang, the page language you chose. No analytics, no third-party scripts.
